Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as food items have specific return conditions.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of spices and food products, returns are accepted only if:

The item is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging

The product is in the same condition as when you received it

You have the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at idukkielixirs@gmail.com.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at idukkielixirs@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used spice packets

Perishable food items once opened

Customized or special-order products

Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired product.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
